Teacher, 4-year-old Program
Gloria has her Bachelor of Education and taught grades 1-3 for the Calgary Board of Education for 8 years. For ten years she chose to delay her teaching career, raising 2 children with her husband, Dave. In March 1985, Gloria was offered the opportunity to teach at the Silver Springs (Nursery) Preschool. She now has 20 years of experience at our preschool and has introduced many children to their exciting first school experiences. |

Teacher, 4-year-old Program
Hannah received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria in 1990, and taught grades 1-4 in Grand Forks, BC for 10 years before moving to Calgary with her husband Tim and their 4 children in the summer of 2002. While living in Silver Springs, Hannah keeps busy with her 3 daughters and son. She has worked part time at Sylvan Learning, run a small day home and been a Children's Ministry Coordinator. She is very excited about teaching the 4 year olds at Silver Springs Preschool, knowing what a wonderful age group it is! |

Teacher, 3-year-old Program (morning)
Monica has been a teacher at Silver Springs Preschool since 1998. She has a Bachelor of Education from University of Saskatchewan and started her preschool teaching career in Jasper. Monica has 3 children who have been or are currently in the preschool program. Monica enjoys her job and all it entails and feels blessed to get paid for doing what she loves! In her spare time Monica enjoys running, soccer, gardening, camping and attending Westview Baptist Church. |

Teacher, 3-year-old Program (afternoon)
Lynn has a Bachelor of Science and taught for 7 years, in New Jersey and Calgary, before starting a family. She has lived in Calgary for 20 years and has 3 children who have been through the Silver Springs Preschool program. She is very excited to work with age group and to be part of such a great community! |

Assistant, 3- and 4-year-old Program
Julie has a diploma in childcare from England and has worked in the field for many years. She has lived in Silver Springs for the past 20 years and both of her teenage children went through the program at Silver Springs Preschool. “I feel fortunate to have a job that I enjoy so much and like being part of this great community,” says Julie, who is about to begin her 8th year with the preschool. |
